Terms of service

These terms apply between you and Alpha Innovate Ltd, trading as Sitepresto, registered in England and Wales, company number 13352404, registered office 24a Aldermans Hill, London N13 4PN. You can contact us at hello@sitepresto.co.uk.

The subscription

The service is a subscription: £59 a month, or £590 a year. It is paid in advance by card through Stripe. There is no setup fee. No VAT is charged. Your subscription starts when you make your site live and renews automatically until you cancel.

What is included

• The website itself
• Hosting and a security certificate
• A contact form that emails each enquiry to you
• Your Google reviews and star rating shown on the page
• A site built for phones first
• Changes on request

Changes on request means reasonable changes to your text, photos, pages and contact details. It does not include building a separate system, an online shop, a booking platform or anything of a different kind to the site we provide.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your site stays up until then. We do not refund part periods.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of anything you ask us to publish
• Having the right to use the logo, photos and other material you send us
• Making sure any trade registration numbers you give us are real and current

Non-payment

If a payment fails, we will send you reminders. If it remains unpaid after those reminders, we may suspend your site until payment is made.

Your content

Your words, photos and logo remain yours. You give us permission to use them to build, host and maintain your website while you are a customer.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
