We connect it to your new site and tell you the one thing to say to your current provider.

No. Keep using your current email exactly as you do now. Your new address simply forwards into that same inbox, so you still have one inbox, not two. Start using the new address when it suits you, and your regular customers can carry on emailing you as they always have.

Included. We set up your own address on your domain, like info@yourbusiness.co.uk, and anything sent to it lands in the inbox you already use. There is nothing to install and no new app to learn. Replies go out from your usual address. Want a separate mailbox that sends from the new address as well? That is available as an add-on.

No. If you already have email on your domain, we copy its settings across before anything changes, so it carries on as it is. If your email is paid for through your old website provider, keep that going.

No. The price you join at is the price you keep for as long as you stay with us. There is no cheap first year that jumps when it renews.

Yes, any time, with no contract. Not happy in the first 14 days? Tell us and we refund you in full. After that, cancelling stops your plan at the end of the period you have paid for, and your site stays up until then.

Yes. Your web address is registered in your name, so it is yours, and we move it to you or to any provider you choose at no charge. Your words, photos and logo are yours too, and if you would like a copy of your site's pages, just ask.
